1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, online assessment, qualification platform and booking services (together, the "Services") provided by ShezzTRANS Technology Solutions (PTY) Ltd (registration number 2026/353578/07), a company registered in South Africa ("ShezzTRANS", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What our assessment is — and what it is not

Important: the ShezzTRANS assessment provides an indicative pre-qualification score only. It is a lead qualification and readiness tool. It is not financial advice, not a credit assessment in terms of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, not an offer of credit, and not a guarantee that any loan, bond or credit facility will be approved.

For business users completing our lead efficiency assessment: the resulting score is an indicative business diagnostic based on the figures you provide. It is not professional business, financial or legal advice, and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
ShezzTRANS does not provide advice or intermediary services as defined in the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 ("FAIS"). Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal or credit advice.
Any credit decision rests solely with the relevant credit provider, who is required to conduct their own affordability assessment under the NCA.
Assessment results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide and may differ from the outcome of a formal credit application.
You should always seek advice from an appropriately authorised financial services provider before making financial decisions.

3. Your responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree to:

Provide information that is true, accurate and complete, and that relates to yourself (or to a person who has authorised you to act on their behalf);
Use the Services lawfully and in good faith, and not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, overload or compromise the Services or their security;
Not use the Services to submit information about another person without their consent.

4. Discovery calls and bookings

Discovery calls booked through our booking page are free of charge and carry no obligation. Appointment times are subject to availability, and either party may reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice. Booking confirmations and reminders are sent automatically to the contact details you provide.

5. Privacy and personal information

We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the Services — including the ShezzTRANS name, logo, scoring methodology, software, text and design — is owned by or licensed to ShezzTRANS Technology Solutions (PTY) Ltd and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, and may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies — ShezzTRANS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services, including decisions made on the strength of an indicative assessment result. Our total liability in respect of the Services shall be limited to the amount (if any) paid by you to ShezzTRANS for the Services in the preceding twelve months.

9. Business clients

Where ShezzTRANS provides the platform to a financial services provider, bond originator, micro-lender or other business client under a separate service agreement, the terms of that agreement prevail over these Terms in respect of that client's use of the platform.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa;
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force;
Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
